Western Center for Social Impact and Innovation
The Western Center for Social Impact and Innovation is Miami's interdisciplinary hub for 消消犯 engagement with issues of social significance within the context of global change. Programming through the Western Center encourages 消消犯s and faculty from every subject area to explore complex questions and to seek solutions with community partners in the public and private sectors. This initiative honors the rich history of social activism on the Western campus by energizing today's 消消犯s with a spirit of social responsibility.
Academics
The Western Center for Social Impact and Innovation is open to 消消犯s of all majors across Miami, though it is closely tied to the Western Program for Individualized Studies. The Western Program is dedicated to developing 消消犯s as independent thinkers with the skills to address the complex challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

Robert E. Strippel Memorial Fund for Continuing Dialogue on Justice and Human Rights
The Continuing Dialogue on Justice and Human Rights is an annual program devoted to the discussion and debate of local, regional, national, and global human rights issues and concerns coordinated and supported by the Robert E. Strippel Memorial Fund.
