About Us
The Center for Career Exploration and Success is a ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ success office within ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ’s Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success. It empowers ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈs to engage in career exploration, professional development, and experiential education. It also offers networking opportunities with employers and alumni.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ touts high first destination success rates and a strong reputation. In support, the Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) continues to grow the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ Career Community by encouraging ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈs, faculty, staff, alumni, parents and employers to understand their own vital role in supporting the career development process.
CCES strives to be a premier career center nationally, whereby ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈs increasingly land their ‘A’ job or educational placement. We host events, networking opportunities, career fairs and advising appointments to help ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈs compete for highly competitive careers and/or to situate them to become leaders, innovators and well-respected professionals within their chosen industries.
CCES also aids in additional ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ strategic priorities, including the Presidential Career and Leadership Series.
Career Outcomes
The First Destinations reports provide educational and career outcomes for alumni who graduated with a bachelor's or graduate degree in August 2019, December 2019, and May 2020. Graduates who are employed, serving in the military, serving in a volunteer or service program, or enrolled by December 31 are counted in the success rate. First destination information is based on data from numerous sources, including online surveys, phone surveys, national databases, data from ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ offices, direct employer confirmation, and public sources.
