Department of Management is the home of two academic programs - Human Capital Management and Leadership and Supply Chain and Operations Management. We emphasize excellence in course content and teaching methods in our programs: experiential learning, client-based class structures, and real-world problem-solving are important tools that we use to shape our ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈs into career-minded, successful individuals. Every Farmer School ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈ engages in hands-on learning through real-world projects, internships, consulting, and competitions, developing practical skills while working with actual business clients. These experiences begin in the First Year Integrated Core, where ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈs apply their knowledge in team-based presentations to real businesses, gaining valuable collaborative and problem-solving experience.
